Not clean. Every surface was sticky. Cobwebs and dust especially bedside lamps. Carpet not hoovered. 3 sachets of coffee for 2 people for 2 days!

Location ; close to Somerford Park and has lovely facilities that suit my needs.

Stairs but only minor inconvenience

Very easy process with arrangements , ample parking in front of property Place was spotlessly clean , facilities to make tea / coffee and a washing machine in required Lovely room with bathroom , good shower and comfy bed

Freedom to use the apartment as we liked with good facilities and easy parking. Comfy and well kept.

Friendly,helpful communication from the point of booking. Being able to use the electric vehicle charger was very useful as was being able to arrive the property at any time of day as it was just a code to enter.

It doesn't feel comfortable to have a door communicating with the main property, locked only from the owner side. It feels not private at all. There were children loudly screaming and playing just behind that door, it sounds like they were inside the area I rented. There was a machine (not sure if washing machine or tumble dryer) going on every afternoon when I was back, its sound was loud and the floor was vibrating. Not relaxing at all after a day of work. The space is small, no good for more than one person and not suitable for long stay, one night ok, more not. Dining table hardly bigger than a dish. All the furniture tops are sticky at the touch. Dust build-ups on many surfaces, specially on door frames and on the bathroom rail. I had to get an antihistamine as I was sneezing badly from the amount of dust.
