לא מומלץ – חוויה מאכזבת, לא בטוחה, יקרה וללא תנאים בסיסיים השהות שלנו בדירה הייתה מאכזבת מאוד וכללה שורה של בעיות חמורות שפגעו באיכות השהות והתחושה הכללית. קיבלנו את קוד הכניסה באיחור, ונאלצנו להמתין בחום מחוץ לדירה. המנעול התחתון בדלת היה שבור, דבר שגרם לתחושת חוסר ביטחון ולא אפשר להשאיר חפצים אישיים בדירה ולישון בלילה בתחושת בטחון. לחץ המים היה נמוך מאוד, והקשה על שימוש בסיסי במקלחת. בנוסף, ישנה מגבלת חשמל נוקשה שהמארח מקציב – שאינה מתאימה כלל להפעלת מזגנים. משמעות הדבר שבקיץ החם של קפריסין, לא ניתן לקרר את הדירה בנוחות ביום או בלילה, אלר רק בתופסת עלות של החשמל. המארח דרש מאיתנו לשלם עמלת העברה של 28 אירו, למרות שאנחנו כבר שילמנו את כל העמלות בצד שלנו. הוא אף איים שלא נוכל להישאר בדירה אם לא נשלם – בניגוד למדיניות של Booking, כפי שאישרה נציגת השירות. לאחר השהות הוא המציא נזק שקרי לכיסוי ספה שכבר היה פגום כשהגענו, והחזיר לנו רק חלק מהפיקדון. בנוסף, הוא חייב אותנו לשלם שוב את עמלת ההעברה עבור ההחזר – כך שבפועל שילמנו את העלות הכפולה, גם עבור עצמנו וגם עבורו. מעבר לכך, השיח איתו לא היה שירותי, לעיתים אגרסיבי ובלתי נעים. חשוב לציין גם שהמקום מרוחק מאוד מהעיר פאפוס, ודורש נסיעות ארוכות ויקרות הלוך ושוב – לא נגיש, לא משתלם, ולא מתאים למי שמחפש גישה נוחה לעיר.

Excellent location to Coral Bay, close to the shops, Coral Bay strip and the beach. spacious and clean with everything you need for a family of 4, although it is close to all the amenities it was a quiet area and nothing heard from the apartment. There is a pool which is shared, however it was clean and a 2 min walk from the apartment.

It is noted in the additional information regarding additional electric charges, we ensured the aircon was switched off when we left the apartment and only cooked in there once. We still used over the amount given which is 10kw per day, this is just something to be aware of.

Prepayment of accommodation is paid by bank transfer, Revolute, Wise or PayPal. Prepayment must be made within 24 hours of booking. Check-in and check-out yourself. Keys in a locked box. Very quiet and confidential place. Near the beach, restaurants, cafes, bank, pharmacy, bus stops. We'll be back. Thank you.

There is a restriction for children. Children over 7 years old are allowed.

Cozy apartment with a garden near the sea and useful places. The apartment is very clean and beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast and lunch. Comfortable bed and new bed linen. Friendly staff. Responsive owner. Cheap in the fall. Good value for money. There is parking. Free electricity consumption has a limit, but it is large, it was enough for us.

Great location. Very clean. Peace and quiet. Ideal for holidays with children. The key is in the minibox at the front door. Check-in and check-out yourself. Staff are physically distanced. Communication is very simple through the Booking application or messenger. Very friendly owner.

Great apartment for a family holiday. Great location. Clean, beautiful apartment. Quiet place. Garden, swimming pool, tennis court. Near the sea. Magnificent sea and garden views. There is free parking.

Excellent apartments by the sea. Cozy, clean apartment with a veranda, garden and sea view. Check-in is after 5 p.m., but you can negotiate and arrive earlier for an additional fee. The administration provides extensive information on how to find the apartment, where to get the keys, and the Wi-Fi password. The staff is friendly and uses physical distancing. All communications via messenger or through the Booking.com website. The apartment has everything you need to prepare food. There are restaurants and cafes nearby where you can have a delicious meal. The place is quiet and peaceful. Beautiful view of the garden and sea. Walking in the surrounding area is very convenient. The places are beautiful. Rent a car and see the entire island.

Excellent location. This is a small, tranquil apartment complex with a swimming pool and tennis court close to all amenities. The apartments are very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, all utensils. You can use instant messengers to communicate with the owner. There are no neighbors nearby and we felt calm. Keys can be obtained from the locked safe near the door. There is electricity control. 12 kW per day is free, for the rest you need to pay extra. If you use electricity wisely, then this is more than enough. We had enough, we didn’t go beyond the limit.

No TV, but that's ok. We go on vacation and disconnect from negativity.

Cleanliness and tidiness. Quiet, confidential place. Great location. Communication with the host is fast. Sea and garden views from the covered veranda. Excellent pool and tennis court. The public areas are beautiful. Close to the beach and amenities (restaurants, bars, supermarket, bus stops, bank, pharmacy) no more than 5 minutes walk. We'll be back in the spring. Thank you.

Everything is great, but there are no tennis rackets. The pool is not heated.
