THERE IS NO SEA VIEW from the unit even though the listing specifies it. The chairs are low, so enjoying the voew means looking through a fence when sitting or using the neighbors allocated terrace space. The unit is an in-law style space behind the main house (which has an epic view and connected terrace). ac is limited to 23 C and only works with a key that is welded onto the door key. Storage space is minimal; what would have been available is locked, bathroom smells (keep the door closed). Small hot water heater, Small public square outside the bedroom window is a popular place for soccer which went on until midnight once, host left instructions for guests to separate 4 types of recyclables and take the across town to sort them into dumpters, recycling bins are next to the dining table. Bring your own salt and pepper. Because I thought we would be looking at the ocean out the windows from a cliff top in the most difficult to get to town of 5Terre, we made this the anchor for all the other stops on our Honeymoon. To say that we were angry at the false advertising would be putting it lightly. Booking.com is on our blacklist.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hostess contacted us several times. The terrace is very quiet and right on the cliff.

The apartment has a sea view only if you put your head out the window. From the pictures, I thought the terrace would be right out the door of the apartment, but you have to carry lounge chairs out of the apartment and about 40 feet down the walk. You sit in front of the 8 foot long railing or stand at the 3 foot high stone wall for a view. I think the terrace is also shared, but we were the only ones who used it.

It is a wonderful spacious apartment with the most incredible view. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed. Close to bars and restaurants. Bus went at regular intervals and takes you to the train where you can easily access the other towns in Cinque Terre. Thank you for an incredible stay! Would thoroughly recommend this apartment!
