not much

no bathroom soap upon arrival to have a shower, this isn't even mentioned before arrival, and when asking for some was told there was a supermarket nearby (?) shower head holder broken so can't mount shower head and has to be held with one hand, bad smell in kitchen, beds are bad and sink in the middle, frying pan far too big for the size of the hob and doesn't fit properly, no bottle of water, salt or coffee left, clothes line on balcony is broken so can't be used, no clothes pegs there (what's the point of a washing machine if clothes line broke and no pegs!) not even a tiny bit of washing powder is left there for you either, toilet seat is broken, sofa bed in living room has no proper back cushions so you can't even sit back on it!! the noise by the apartment is absolutely unbelievable with nightclubs blasting music and people shouting until 4am, freezer was also not cleaned properly, also listing said there was a fan and there wasn't!
