Neptuno Bungalows - Adults Only

Nice small quiet complex only 8 units, outside area all southfacing, staff very accomodating, very thorough with cleaning..nice hot shower,comfortable bed..5 mins walk to main street, 2 mins walk to supermarket, big fridge..use of safe and washing machine. Stayed extra 2 days.!

The towels a little worse for wear especially hand towels, need renewing. It really needs a lick of paint ,especially in bedroom and doorframe in bathroom. Only small things but would make a difference..would stay there again..

Location and staff excellent.

Toilet seat was broken on arrival, but was fixed after a few days. Damp in the bedroom with mould near the air conditioning unit. Advertised satellite tv but there was none. Also inside wardrobes was very damp feeling on our clothes.

The bed was nice and comfortable and the pillows were pretty decent. The shower was a good flow and the location was pretty central and close to bars, restaurants and shops. Wasn't noisy and close to beach. Complex itself was small and quiet with a big enough pool for a dip.

There's an issue with gaining easy entry as you don't have a key and the door didn't open easy at all after putting in the code, had to eventually look over the wall and ask a resident to let us in. Most of the other holidaymakers said they had also had the same experience so may help if this was looked at. Lounge looks a bit tired and could maybe do with a lick of paint and general update of some items. Only 1 cereal bowl so could do with 2 at least and perhaps 2 or 3 dish towels. No instructions on how to use the cooker and not having seen something like this before it took us until Wednesday to learn how it worked. The bathroom itself is fine but shower slightly high which makes the screen less effective which thus increases the floor getting wet and the floor towel being soaked. The tv could do with an update if only to have at least 1 english news channel to watch the news over breakfast. All in all a decent stay and would probably visit again.

Perfect location, near to supermarket. Adults only meant it was very peaceful. Well equipped for self catering.

Location very good. Site is nice and small, walk out of room on to your own sunbeds, very convenient. Once we had Anna's WhatsApp contact good. Was able to leave cases till Noon as well.

Needs kitchen revamp to match rest of facility. Needs an oven. Also couldn't get TV to work. Lack of information pack, no info on rubbish bins, recycling etc. Pre-holiday information a little hard work through Booking.com, would be better with direct access tto Anna
