Location very good only good thing woz tv & washing machine

Sofa mattress soo dirty with urine stains on it also single beds mattress woz rotten & shower woz dirty& soo noisy of other residents in block slamming doors late at nite early mornings

The apartment is in a great location of the old town, close to some of our favourite places. The host was very accommodating.

The shower could do with upgrading, but this wasn't a problem.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for the price we paid. Location is great, close to the beach and bars/shops. I will recommend this and would come back myself ❤️

The location

Several things, shower leaked all over the floor, toilet seat broken. Not enough crockery, glasses or cutlery. No cushions on couch. Patio doors didn’t lock. The electric would trip when used the toaster. Very noisy

The location is perfect. You are near the port area as well as near all the restaurants and bars. The music square is just beyond the apartments. With a large supermarket within easy reach for all that you may need for your stay.

The downside to this apartment is that whilst we stayed there, a number of other guests didn't seem to respect going out and coming in noise...the front commual door was constantly being slammed. This would happen at 3am till 5.30am. Then, talking loudly in the hallway of the apartments. So, unfortunately, the noise side lets this property down. But if you are like those who don't seem to care, then it's perfect for you.

That we didn't stay longer in this horrific place.

The host was not helpful at all. We have been waiting now for over 3 weeks to get the invoice which we have requested in the first message while doing the booking. This was a bussiness trip and in order to get our money back from the company we needed the invoice. The host asked for the data for the invoice which we have provided immediately but despite all of this he/she did not provide the invoice. Thus we had to pay for a business trip from our own money which is ridiculous. The invoice issue we have reported to Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) and the police, as well as to booking. We have tried over 6 times (both by phone and messages via booking) to ask for the invoice, but no reply. Really be careful with this company. Do not stay with them. The place is super loud - we couldn't sleep at night. Right under the apartment is a karaoke bar which was opened way after 3 AM (each day....). The windows do not provide any insulation nighter from the noises nor the cold. Of course the owner did not provide any information about this... In the apartment there wasn't even a free map of the city.
