The worse experience ever Tried to cancel the booking right after we got there because of the bad smell and horrible environment, but we still got charged even if we did not stay there over night. And no refund or reply whatsoever from Booking.com nor the property. Opening a dispute with the credit card because Booking.com and the property did not want to refund it. I'll keep finding this property and leave bad reviews as much as I can. I'm surprised how Booking.com allows such things to be advertised on their website. Booking.com is dead for me from now on. It's a shame to loose a customer for $400
