The place was stunning, views of the sunset on a nice day, the amenities provided were exceptional even to vinegar for the chips! The space was well kept and very clean and tidy. The fireplace in the living room was my favourite. Sian was brilliant! We had a bad Airbnb booked and saw her property last minute at 1900, Sian accommodated us within the hour and made us feel welcome. She saved our week. The location is a whole other selling point, only 30min drive from snowdon, short walk into town, the local towns are also short drive away which are lush! There are some amazing walks and hikes locally. Can only sing praise for this property

There was nothing not to like about this fabulous property, spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you need for your stay. Peaceful location with sea views from the garden but within walking distance of the town. The hosts were the nicest people you could wish to meet. Would definitely recommend a stay in this property.

The location was great, just a short walk into the town or the beach. The studio was very clean with everything you could possibly need and more, with lovely finishing touches. The hosts are wonderful, and very friendly, and leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. Definitely want to return!

The view is lovely and tranquil. Ideal for walking into Criccieth and exploring the lleyn peninsula. Extra touches of milk/ Welsh cakes were lovely. Very clean shower room. And a fabulous quiet location with parking.
