This is a fantastic studio flat. Lovely patio to sit and eat on. Lovely view to the sea. Very well equipped for every need. Short walk down to the beach. Very kind and welcoming host.

The accommodation was absolutely stunning! Perfect location and exceptionally clean. Host Sian was very welcoming and ensured we had a perfect stay. Within a few minutes walk to the sea front and beach. A little hidden gem. We highly recommend the studio and host . We will be returning very soon.

The Studio was lovely. Very clean, quiet and bigger than expected. Parking was a bonus. We didn’t get a chance to use the outside area but I imagine in nice weather it would be a lovely chill out area to eat and relax in.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Very good please for relaxing, nice and very comfortable apartment. We are recommended.

The Location was excellent for Criccieth & surrounding attractions including Portmeirion (A Short Drive away) The Accommodation was Amazing, Everything was spot on. Parking right outside, All the amenities & equipment you could ever need, Every detail was thought about including Goodies in the Fridge on arrival. The Host (Siân) was lovely & really welcoming. We would definitely recommend.

Absolutely everything!!!. I brought my husband to stay at this accommodation as a surprise for his birthday. We were both delighted with our stay from the moment we arrived to the time we left. Sian our host welcomed N us when we arrived and gave us a quick tour explaining where everything was. It was exactly as described on Booking.com and looked just as amazing as in the website photos. .This was like a home from home. There was absolutely everything you could possibly need while staying there. The kitchen was fully equipped if you wanted to cook or eat there as well as items if you wanted to go on a picnic or spend time on the beach. There was even an umbrella if the weather wasn’t good.. Sian had very kindly put milk, Welsh cakes and butter, water, lager and even a gin and tonic in the fridge for our arrival and we thoroughly enjoyed all of it during our stay!!! The outside space was delightful with a large table with chairs and some tasteful sun loungers to relax on although we didn’t use these as it rained most of the time we stayed there. The view from here was of some meadows and on a clearer day the sea too. The whole experience definitely warrants a 10/10 rating!!!!! We are planning to visit again but for longer next time.
