Cozy Tamarind Suites

This is the room that I originally booked. My deposit was returned within 3 days. Well done! Big improvement since my last stay. Keep it up.

Toilet still leaks when flushed. No shower curtain, so water goes all over bathroom. Bathroom has no ventilation so it stays moist most of the time. Had a musty smell

The room was clean and comfortable.

Host need to improve on booking system. For the first 2 nights, I couldn't stay at the room I've booked because it has been given to someone else. I was truly disappointed. I was told that there was something wrong with the reservation system. This needs to be improved so that another guest(s) would not suffer the same disappointment and inconvenience that I did.

Still dont received my rent deposit..

there are many shops surounding the hotel. accessing them is quite challenging, particularly by walk.

Ensure guests can collect the keys and find the parking smoothly of guides or instructions available

near to MMU and convenience store within walking distance

don't have dryer facilities.
