This agent fckin rude. I just late 3 mins sent pic of put key on mailbox he deduct RM33 for late checkout. I already checkout at 10:52. He treat fcking rude

Location.

1. We need to add RM 88 just because we have a baby age 1year 6mths. The owner said that we cannot check in until we pay that amount just because the room is for 2 person only. So we perhaps that there will be a baby cot or additional bed for my baby as for we need to add the payment. But when we checked-in there was nothing change as for the bed. And I paid that amount for what reason? Really nonsense. 2. I already asked whether we can cook or not because in the picture I saw there is stove but he didn't answer the question. When we checked-in, there were no cooking utensils at all and the dishes set were not in a good condition for the guests who stayed there. 3. The toilet was smelly bad. The floor was slippery. The toilet bowl got feces stain. Maybe the housekeeper didn't clean the toilet properly. 4. We need to check out clearly before 11am. So we need to send the picture of the key in the key box before 11am, means that we need to go out of that room clearly from 10.30am. Ridiculous.

Big apartment, but doesn't exactly look like on the pictures. Friendly security guards downstairs. Not too far from stores and restaurants.

I might not have given such a bad review. However, due to rather weird treatment, I decided to give it the rate. I arrived to the place around 11.30pm, and then the owner wouldn't give us the mailbox key after I gave him a licence ID, he kept saying this is invalid. He persisted that I give him a copy of my passport, which I declined as I don't give out copies of my passport to a random WhatsApp numbers. His recommendation: I should cancel my booking. But his policy on booking.com stated it is non-refundable, which I told him. I asked him to cancel the booking from his side, to get the refund but the owner said no. The security tried helping us out but it didn't work. After roughy 30min a guy sees us struggling and contacted the owner to convince him. Finally got the keys. Additionally you are supposed to hand in a security deposit of 150MVR cash(according to booking) upon arrival, but he wanted us to make a bank transfer, I declined, eventually he send someone to pick it up the next day that didn't speak English, nor did I get a receipt. Again we get in touch with the owner who gets angry that I have to give the cleaning lady the deposit, because he worries that we would break his TV. We dont use it hence we never checked if it's even working. It doesn't turn on because batteries in the remote are off, so we ask the cleaning lady to try turn it on but she doesn't know how. Apparently she is supposed to check the apartment after usage and return the deposit if everything is ok, so how is she supposed to check if the TV works if she doesn't know how to turn it on🤔? The apartment itself is nice, and cozy. But we found small black hair on both pillows and in the bathroom (this according to the owner, was caused by us blond longhaired ladies). We also got a dirty toilet roll. There is no where to hang your towels in the bathroom, also no shower curtain. We only got two large towels, which smelled funny.

It was a pleasant stay. Does not troubling me whatsoever.

I don’t like how we have to check out very early at 10 am when most stays check out at 12pm.
