Host ignores texts and doesn’t return the deposit

didn’t like it as it doesn’t look alike the unit ive booked. after asked about the confirmation to the person in charge to have exact unit but its different unit

not similar as ive booked, the unit is dirty got a lot of hair on the bed which is not my hair got spotted ‘liquid’on the blanket, the aircond is not cold enough,

roofing parking and access to the room

check out at 11am insteas of 12pm like others hotel or property, if check out at 11.05am need to pay rm33 per-hour. staff need to be more friendly and answer all the inquiries. for me, not recommended

cigarette smell, crooked furniture, just utterly uncomfortable
