I feel safe here, and the location is good. Everything I need near to me.

The problem is there is no periodic cleaning of the apartment, there are small cockroaches.

The view, easy to check in, and if i have difficulties, the owner will answer fast plus got great cookware and utensils to eat, drink and cook

Need to call for pest control but overall it's okay

Everything was good, the sofa that you see in the picture becomes a big bed which was comfortable to sleep in, building has swimming pool lift and very friendly security people.

The shower head was broken i think owner didnt know but we took shower without it so its fine

Location easy to reach. Facilities and parking is good.

There is little cockroach around kitchen area

The location was close to where I needed to be (D'Pulze). There was a grocery store adjacent to the unit. The unit layout was good, such that the second bed was not visible to the first bed(room), so it felt almost like a 2-bedroom unit. There was an excellent laundry area, where you can use the pool whilst waiting for the machine to finish. The unit was well equipped with kitchen utensils, iron etc. Good WiFi. The security staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

There was no toilet paper. There were no sheets for the second bed. I messaged the owner to ask where these were, but received no reply. There was spare pillows, but no pillowcases. The mattress on the second bed was stained and appeared very dirty, as did the cover on that bed. We managed by using the cover off the first bed to cover the dirty mattress on the second bed. The unit was poorly maintained. The toilet seat was loose, the shower hose leaked (meaning little pressure in the shower) and there was a very dangerous break in the electric cable under the TV. I couldn't get the air-conditioner to work in the bedroom (although the main air conditioner worked well). The 2 towels were threadbare, and there were no spare towels/hand towels/face washers. I never saw the owners, although they were obviously close by - I asked to access the unit early at 10am, paying extra money which I left for them, and they retrieved it but never said "thanks", or "money received" or left me a receipt. Neither did they say "OK" or "thanks" when I messaged them I had checked out and where I left the keys.

Clean, everything is complete

Parking is at the highest floor so it took minutes to get in and out of the tower 🤣

Location is strategic and easy to reach

I think the aircond need to service due of late to cool the house
