Collecting the key was quite troublesome as I had to go to Tamarind Square to collect it. It would be great if the customer could collect the key from the secured post box near the lift area, like others did on Airbnb. That's the only part that I think Idealhub needs to improve. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
