The place is near to a shopping places which is full of restaurants. It takes an around 10 minutes walk to reach there.

The check-in instructions were provided by the landlord but it was still challenging for us to find the place of keys and the place to take the correct lift to the room. Tenants may require a very strong skill of recognising places or not you would be lost in the buildings. The landlord does not tend to reply to my messages. When i face problems in finding my ways, I have to call him instead of texting him. The room was small to fit in one family, it was packed like a hotel. So, if you could find a hotel nearby, you should use a lower price to book a hotel instead of this small homestay. There is no balcony available so tenants could not hang and dry their clothes. The instructions to go to swimming pool is given but it was very challenging to go to the pool. You have to find the correct lift to go to another correct lift, and find for the swimming pool yourselves. It was super not friendly to the tenants who never been there before. The swimming pool is dark and not under guidance. Parents are advised to accompany your children and guide them aside as this is very dangerous. The bunk bed provided was very thin and you would feel like sleeping on nothing. It would be very uncomfortable if you are used to a comfortable bed. Only a few plates and few utensils are provided. No hairdryer was provided. A short staycation might be fine but not recommended for a long stay. With the same price, I think it is much better for tenants to find for a better place to stay at.

Good location. Amazingly there are many Cafes, food court and fast food within the area. Grocers and pharmacy too. Ample parking space. Great stay with clean enviroment and aircon works well.
