You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of MYR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Managed by a private host

"So far its a great stay despite some cons"

Clean. Beautiful swimming pool. Owner was kind and helpful. Got a lot of kitchen stuffs for basic cooking.

Night shift security guards not helpful enough and expect 1st time homestay visitor to know where is the mailbox room. One was ignoring me when I ask. For the room, aircond remote don't have battery and when I swap the battery with fan remote its still not working, could be faulty. Result is I dont have the control of the aircond temp and fan. Some condiments is already expired, the nescafe ground coffee have mould and one spatula was not cleaned properly. The dettol handwash was not refilled.

Near to restaurants and just a few mins drive to Tamarind Square and D’Pulze. Very responsive and helpful owner

When I first entered the property, the smell was a bit funny. Maybe because of the ventilation. But after a while my nose ignored the smell
