The location of the apartment and its setup. The apartment is pretty cosy place with large balcony and high ceiling and large windows. A nice place to relax. Located within a shopping complex makes it a convenience place to stay.

The car parking instruction may need some adjustment as it took abit of rethinking to get to the parking slot. The complex is quite large with a number of entry/exit points so can get confused for a first timer. But the plus point is that the parking slot is very near to the lift to go to the apartment.
