The direction to collect keys first or go into parking is not mentioned. More detailed Parking direction and actual pillar number has to be mentioned. The living room couch, pillow is stained. Bedroom bedsheet, pillow is stained. Iron board is dirty and stained. Balcony mosquito net is dusty and dirty. Toilet bowl is not cleaned. Toilet door is rotten.

The bathroom needs some serious upgrade and deep cleaning.

Pros: Big, spacious balcony with a great view overlooking Cyber. Good space to host a few friends. Easy check in process- pickup key at convenience store downstairs. Airconds were working well (but the one in the living room is dripping a little, needs servicing). Smart TV so we could access apps like Netflix and Spotify.

Cons: Water heater doesn't work so expect cold showers only. Remotes for TV and AC need their batteries to be changed. Couch could use a deep clean as there are multiple stains on it. It would also be great if the host could provide a blanket for the couch! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Design, deco and furnishing. The huge balcony. The cafes and restaurants which were within reach.

That the apartment and furnishing have become old. The tiny bathroom.
