Very quiet, strategic location

Bad staff, very rude. Got small insect in the property. Netflix not working, remote control hard to use. Charged me extra rm33 for sending the picture late. The problem is with their access to lift, i had to go to vertex tower ground floor then walked my way to apex tower l1 floor. When informed the staff they say dont talk nonsense, no time for this. And said it was impossible, asked them to check cctv to see what im saying is right, they refuse to do so. I even asked the resident in the lift and the guard, they directed me to the other side which i have to walk a long way. Learn to talk properly. Seriously in bad mood now due to this.

Nice area for a stay

Even though it's self check in, the host will charge you with late fees of RM88 if you check in later than 12.00 am. I understand if there's a staff to assist during the checkin though. they will not provide code for the mailbox unless you reach the place to prove you are late to reach the place and will charge to your deposit. Also they never mention that there will be fees upon late check in which i found misleading in their description. I don't recommend this place for a last minute booking. I was late for 15 minutes because of roadblock but the host doesn't take any tolerance even though this is my first time late (been stayed on thier place for 3 times).

Perbaiki perangai host. Tidak perlu extra caj for baby . If adullt yes you can caj but not for the baby.

The staff is not helpful & force me to pay additional charge for baby i bring. Because he said the unit only for 2 but if i bring baby i need to pay extra . It's ridiculous & it will be my last stay there. Everyone shouldn't stay here.
