The property was much bigger than anticipated, with facilities in the property for cooking etc. It was a very central location meaning you can easily get around Dartmouth. One bedroom was en suite with a main bathroom in the basement meaning it was good for our family.

The property was a little tired in places, with a small hole in the wall in the hallway for example, and the toilets not being fixed to the wall. Some of the walls were also needing a new lick of paint, especially behind the cooker where it was covered in grease and food splash. The hosts didn't provide anything really except a pint of milk and dishwasher tablets - some toiletries (shower gel, shampoo) or some welcome pack would have been nice especially for the price paid.

A lovely bright house in a very central but quiet location, and far bigger than you’d expect. Beautifully decorated with a superb kitchen and luxury bathrooms.

The bed was the only down side. The mattress way too soft for us and so uncomfortable we struggled to sleep. A shame as everything else was so wonderful.

The property was very central for everywhere in Dartmouth. It was situated in a quaint lane overlooking the churchyard. Fresh bread and pastries could be bought from around the corner for breakfast.

Parking was interesting but was to be expected

Beautiful property in a fantastic central location.

The futon is not very comfortable. Would have preferred a third bed or sofa/bed.
