Goede locatie. Goed contact met de host.

Met de familie een nachtje hier verbleven. Niet tevreden, naast dat het aan de prijs was was de accommodatie niet schoon, spullen in de keuken plakkerig. er lagen stofwolken onder het bed. Er hing een onaangename rioollucht in de wc. Gordijnen waren lichtdoorlatend.

it's a rebuild basement with the kitchen in the same room as the 2 double beds and the bunk bed. The beds are against the walls; the room was moist, damp, and smelly like old socks. The location is NOT your own full location. The frontdoor is shared with the owner (living upstairs), and there is no way of locking the entrance door to the facilities. The fridge is too small for decent usage (think of a small version of a hotel minibar), and the offered coolbox was making so much noise that it's not possible to sleep with it running. The windows are - as this is a basement - located very high, so you really have the feeling that you're closed in. The roof windows cannot be closed with any curtains, so you'll wake up with the birds. Payment must be done via bank transfer latest 7 days in advance, so when you arrive and you don't like the location, you're scr#wed. Communication with the owner is very unfriendly and for sure not customer-focused. After requesting a refund, she refused as the cancellation date was 7 days earlier. Only the tourist tax and parking got refunded. Only if we would find a cheaper location - with some more funny requirements regarding location and so - she would refund us. We didn't book this location because it was cheap - we booked it as it has a kitchen (without a decent fridge as mentioned), it looked comfortable (it doesn't even have a sofa!) and was pet friendly. We moved to The Den Hotel after leaving this awful property for a decent place to stay for almost a week.

Perfect location, nice kitchen and bathroom. Very quiet.

The sleeping area at the front did not have blinds for the skylights, so very light early in the morning.

Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Separate toilet from shower which was awesome. Had 6 beds if you have a big group. Big dining table. Washer and dryer. Stove and microwave and dishwasher and coffee machine. Coffee beans and and tea provided.

Wi-Fi was crap. There are five very narrow steps going down from bathroom area to main area and it is literally a hazard. We fell once because they are too narrow. There should be like only 3 steps and much deeper. The heater didn’t work the first night and it was literally freezing. Took about 3 hours to get it fixed, but it did get done. Still it was cold sleeping that night though. The beds are up against the wall so it’s awkward getting in and out. Maybe they should be turned the other way.
