Bed bugs

The apartment was fantastic for what we needed it for. Brill location for visiting surrounding attractions. The area itself was fine for shops and food places ,We only needed a bed as we were out all the time. Michel was amazing for helping with enquiries and providing info we needed.

It was a spacious apartment, TV worked there was a freezer and washing machine

My son had an asthma attack. There were cat hairs all over the living room. If pets are not allowed, where did the cat hairs come from . Please try and get rid of them. I hoovered but still some left No dishwasher. Sheets were grey patterned (as if hiding dirt) Please change all sheets and towels to white ones

there was nothing to mention as all facilities exceeded expectations. we just arrived to UK and this helped us settle well with all facilities.

Great place to stay for the weekend. Had everything we could need. Free on street parking right outside.

Flat was comfortable and cosy. Very clean and fresh. Exactly what we needed as a sleep station for our weekend away.
