The location was very close to the train station, the kitchen had most things you'd want and it's a well lit apartment.

It's very small, the pictures make it look bigger than it is, the apartment wasn't cleaned when I wanted to check in, even though I was trying to check in at 8pm and it said check in from 3pm. I didn't have towels when I was finally let in. The host pretended to be helpful but wasn't and he then insulted me based on my physical appearance and suggested that other accommodation might have cancelled my bookings because I was a big guy that could make them feel uneasy. He never apologise for the comment, but I was astounded to say the least.

Good location. Quiet. Warm.

Could not access the apartment at the agreed time due to refurbishment work. No lift access to the apartment on 4th floor. Insufficient bed linen just a stained mattress cover. No safety deposit box. The apartment was only half the size described in the information. Lack of information regarding intercom and rubbish disposal. Lack of security for the building. Communal entrance to the building smelly and strewn with rubbish.
