Lee's Apartment

I like the location. Peaceful.

The room smells cigarette. The linens is old, shower is not functioning well.

I like that the apartment is near a lot of establishments. The place is also safety with a safe place to park. As furparents, I liked the orange cat in the property.

1. Comfort room does not lock. 2. Water has low pressure. It is difficult to shower. 3. Comfort room is dirty. 4. The room had a weird smell. 5. The pillows, blanket and bedsheets smelled. It smelled like it had already been used and was not changed prior to our arrival. 6. Faucet was broken. 7. No mirror inside the room. 8. Lights inside the bedroom very dim.

Hosts were extremely friendly. Good for short stay solo traveler that doesn't mind cold showers. Grab trike to just about any location from here is around 70 pesos. Within walking distance to City Mall and Freedom Park.

No hot water in shower. No cooking in room. Shared rice cooker in public area but no microwave or hotplate. Very little room between toilet and wall making it difficult to sit and stand.

A regular stop for us in Dumaguete. Very good value .

Owner was very kind and was kind enough to offer the key personally. The place is secure, quiet, and peaceful.
