Good location, close to airport and the port. Close to shops and restaurants. Decent sized room and clean.

I like how considerate and hands on the owner was. The place is very accessible. The staff was so friendly to us ,and fortunately she understood us for we speak bisaya. I like it also there coz we dont have curfew , we got our own keys for the gate.

Nothing. Well, the air conditioning. That's it. Sorry to be so negative, but the indifference to common sense amenities and care were so lax. It was almost like a comedy set up.

See above: more details: the first ugly, small, paint peeled room almost had me down and counting when, while showering, the whole unattached shower head fell on my own head! They hurriedly and embarrassingly came to replace it, BUT that still did not make up for the skimpy, flat pillows with half thrown on cases where one had bed bug rust spots. Look it up. Looks like that. There was no water heater for the shower, no hooks or places to hang things, no safe, no fridge(maybe a common fridge downstairs in the garage-like entrance, where, by the way the one time empty water dispenser was located. It too, even had a broken plastic valve handle. I felt sorry for the hired help, they were so hapless and clueless when I needed to ask something, but still more helpful than the sometimes missing owner. He seemed to be a nice guy but came across as totally clueless about his own incompetence. There were only two very small soaps, one partially used toilet paper roll, which again forced me to ask for more, instead of them taking the initiative and a flimsy bed blanket thing, as well. The toilet bowl also needed to be cleaned of mold ring. The location also seemed to be a mystery to most of the trike drivers, sometimes having to reluctantly stop and ask for help. I know all of this sounds exaggerated and cynical, but no, it was like that. I'm even downplaying it to some extent. I stayed anyway because there was no immediate or even existing recourse for recovering money. There was absolutely no concern or awareness for even a semblance of appearing to be reasonable or professional. I'm writing this because you had asked, and I feel obliged to say something to warn other future guests and for you to better moderate these places. I want to add, however, that my first hotel , Charo's Dormotel, was less money and superior or equal in quality to some fancier places. Thank you.

Mr. Li & his staff were friendly, helpful & kind. Every request I had they quickly responded. I was impressed especially when I saw a professional air conditioning company arrive and removed & thoroughly cleaned the a. c. units in every apt. in the complex!! This is rare in my experience in most establishments in the Philippines. Also Mr. Li picked me up at the airport in a beautiful and safe modern van for a reasonable price. I was there 11 nites & would have stayed longer if I had a larger apt. needed for my several months of vacation here. Thank you Mr. Li & your staff for your place. Rog S.
