Location if you want to be in the town

Corridor dingy and spelt of mould. Very shabby apartment overall. Mismatched furniture. Musty. Kitchen very dated. Fit and finish very poor throughout. No curtains in bedroom. Bathroom looked like it was tiled to be a fish and chip shop. Creaking floorboards. Could hear every noise from apartment above. Overall very uneasy and not nice feeling (compared to what the pictures would make you think) we did not end up staying we found other accommodation.

Lovely modern apartment, with everything you could need. It was warm, the bed was comfortable and the shower was always hot. Great location in the centre of town. The entrance is off a car park, which may not be very picturesque but very handy for parking.

The only drawback is that the flat is on the 4th floor.

Great location and well managed. Provided a good base to travel from. Dungarvan is a lovely town.

The street outside has a lively bar so that can be an issue
