Please note, there is no reception at this property. Pre-payment is required for this property at the time of booking. If however the automatic system fails after receiving details of your credit card from booking.com you will be required to confirm the details and make an online payment via the property's own secure guest area. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. The property will send a formal confirmation email following a successful booking payment, detailing the very important information regarding your stay. Check-in after 19:00 is possible, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Late check-in fees are: 19:00 until 22:30: GBP 15 22:30 until 00:00: GBP 30 00:00 until 02:00: GBP 50 Please note the accommodations is located on the third floor, and is accessible via stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. There is no elevator. Guest should specify the exact number of people staying at the property, including children, at the time of booking, to ensure beds are set up correctly on arrival. If there is only two guests please advise if you will require the use of the sofabed in the lounge. Guests that require a high chair or travel cot for an infant should notify the property in advance using the Special Requests box or contacting the property using the details listed on the booking confirmation as these items are not kept on site.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
