Fantastic location. Right in the heart of things, yet still peaceful and quiet. Stylish decor, comfortable beds and sofas, kitchen well-stocked for utensils.

Bathroom floor looking shabby, recurring smell of drains coming from the bathroom- very apparent on arrival. More crockery needed to avoid constant washing up.

"Very enjoyable"

Great central location could listen to Tattoo at the castle. Garage was extremely handy for storing our bicycles ! Despite being very close to busy roads it was very peaceful !

The sofa bed was not so comfortable and maybe leave a welcome pack

"Get the hot water working and this will be perfect."

We liked the central location and the lovely ambiance of the immediate neighborhood. Made us feel like we were living in Edinburgh, not just tourists.

There must be a problem with the water pressure that affects only the hot water. The shower, kitchen sink, and bathroom sink hot water came out of the faucets very, very slowly. Is this deliberate to limit the amount of hot water we could use?
