GRAND & SPACIOUS CENTRAL APT WITH WiFi

Location was perfect.

Entrance hall was dirty and dark. Furniture was tatty and overused. The use of electricity was dangerous with MANY plugs in sockets. The bathroom especially was a health risk with dirt in lots of exposed corners.remedial Work was left unfinished with sharp edges exposed. No instructions for kitchen machinery therefore no oven.cutlery was a mish mash of old items whilst for example there was only one cereal bowl.No wardrobes or drawers. I cannot justify the cost of over £1200.00 for 7 nights.

Very clean, spacious, bright, the ground floor was good for ease of access with suitcases, and the apartment is in a great location.

Couldn’t find the key to the cleaning cupboards but this has been mentioned and hopefully will be sorted going forward.

We liked the location and peacefulness of the neighbourhood.

We didn't like the fact that the bedroom was missing curtains and that the hot water bottle provided was faulty and is dangerous.

Large lounge, big windows, ground floor, wooden and tile flooring, sofa was comfortable, wooden shutters, portable oil radiators (it snowed and the temperature fell to -2C during our stay), price. Keybox easy to retrieve keys from.

Access to the building and the flat difficult, cutlery/glassware/saucepans mismatched/worn, dangerous step in kitchen near to kitchen table, shower at sloping end of the bath and no non-slip bath mat, water pressure very low, mattress very soft and bedside lights exceedingly dim, towels small and hard, Wifi unsecure (Norton). One lounge curtain was unhooked, before we arrived, and could not be drawn. No direct contact with host although we left a message (about having difficulty getting in). The digital lock on the flat fiddly.
