"Clean but dishonest"

Very clean

It’s in the 5th floor and there is no lift The owner force me to pay none refundable deposit after I booked when asked for the check in procedure 29£ which unfair they didn’t asked for it while i was booking

"A much better alternative to a hotel room for about the same price."

The location was excellent, being a short walk from the train station. It was on the Royal Mile so taking in the sights and sounds of the city were at our doorstep. My teenage kids were super impressed with the space and style of the rooms.

I could have stayed longer. Next time!!

"Don't book this apartment if you have a disability. No lifts to make things easier"

Felt homely with the decor

Lowest floor beds, no lifts for carrying 3 suitcases up 5 floors of stairs. Also there were 8 lock boxes outside and wasn't told which one to use. So waited half hr out on the street to get in.

"Edinburgh stay"

The location was very good and the apartment was clean. Brochures left in apartment were also helpful and use of washing machine and dryer.

The stairs... 7 flights so Mum struggled climbing up that amount and we struggled taking our large suitcases. Also the lack of loo paper...2 wasn't enough for us. Towel rail didn't work.

"Good except for the noise"

Good location

Extremely noisy if you are in the room facing the Royal Mile. The noise goes on all night so if you are a light sleeper then this is definitely not for you.
