The lead guest must be over 30 years old. Within 2 days of booking, please provide the names and ages of all guests, along with proof of address and a valid ID for the lead guest. Guests must also agree to The Edinburgh Address terms and conditions. The Edinburgh Address Ltd manages bookings on behalf of the Property Owner. The property owner provides the accommodations. Please let your Property Manager know your expected arrival time in advance. You can add this in the Special Requests box when booking or contact them directly using the details in your confirmation. Hen, stag or similar parties are not permitted. This property is protected by Truvi (formerly SuperHog). After booking, you’ll be asked to complete a quick verification using a valid ID and selfie. Truvi verification must be completed at least two weeks before check-in. A £650 damage deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card and automatically released within 14 days of departure. A 2% processing fee applies (amount may vary outside the UK depending on exchange rates). Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
