L'emplacement et le calme. La literie dans la chambre.

Le confort du canapé-lit. Les photos agrandissaient la taille réelle de l'appartement qui paraissait beaucoup plus grand.

Super établissement très proche du centre ville. Tout est faisable à pieds ce qui est très positif. Le logement était propre et très fonctionnel. L’arrivée et le départ se sont faits sans difficulté !

"Strong Complaint"

Nice location, comfortable clean apartment

NO INTERNET AND SMART TV. The WiFi didn't work throughout our stay and hence no Smart TV. I sent them repeated messages starting from Wednesday June 25th when we checked in and email and also put in a complaint on the phone but NO REMEDIAL ACTION was taken. I feel we have been short changed and not been provided with essential facilities we had paid for which has caused us anxiety and mental trauma and has been a spoiler in our vacation. I need someone to take responsibility for this and expect some form of compensation for this inconvenience caused to me.

Bottom of the mile with great access to everything

The sofa bed wasn’t to comfy needed extra padding. I booked for 4 adults and then had to pay for extra bedding to accommodate the 4 adults it wasn’t included in the price shown.
