Violet Bank Apartment Morningside

This place is a class real luxury. I am from hospitality industry and I know very well what is called luxury service, the way they keep the rooms, toilet kitchen it's a beyond perfection. I would love to come back again.thank you for hosting my family.

We just stay for two days.

Everything from start to finish regarding this lovely break was spot on, very good and helpful communication with Steve, who was at the apartment to meet us on arrival, and told us to contact him at any time if we had any issues. The apartment was clean, homely, well decorated and very comfortable, spotlessly with not a speck of dust to be found...and was just perfect for us.... we settled in very quickly. Waitrose wasn't far away, one evening we just bought pizzas as we didn't feel like going out in the evening again after a long day walking. We would definately recommend staying in this apartment. Thankyou Steve for posting on to us our lost item.. and going the extra mile.

Great location for regular buses into the centre apartment felt very homely. Very clean, lots of mirrors, warm heating, good shower. Host very friendly and replies quickly. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely to meet Steven after all our communications, the apartment was lovely and made our weekend feel like home from home. Everything through the booking process up to our arrival was first class and had there been any problems Steven was available which was really good to know. Loved the apartment and would recommend and will book again for sure.

Nothing to dislike.

Can not fault this apartment, its location or the host, Steven. Scrupulously clean, generously equipped, big fluffy towels, heaps of hot water, very elegant bathroom, very comfortable warm beds, and several little extra touches (bathroom air-freshener, complimentary towelling scuffs, basic pantry items, shampoo and bodywash) put this apartment right at the top of every apartment we have ever stayed in through this company. Short walk to large Waitrose and several bus routes, which go straight into the heart of the city. Very useful and informative folder for 'driving' the apartment and recommendations for restaurants and attractions.

Could not fault it.
