Holyrood Park City Centre Apartment

Great location,close to airport,a walk to awesome park,shops,grocery store,restaurants, ect. Quite neighborhood and very safe! Clean accommodations, full kitchen,washer/dryer,television and everything you need,a complete flat,big windows with tons of charm!

Absolutely nothing,everything was perfect! I would never change a thing about this flat, perfect location,close to everything, even walking distance to beautiful park with amazing views! Small walk to grocery store and shopping and restaurants!

Appartments had everything, very clean and very comfortable.

The flat is a lovely and very well equipped space to stay and relax. Video instructions were extremely useful. The proximity to the beautiful Holyrood Park. The owners very kindly arranged an early check in time when I explained I was travelling with my elderly mother. I would go back tomorrow and would highly recommend it fot your stay in Edinburgh!

Beautiful flat but it's slightly let down by the main door to the block of flats which was partly detached from its frame making it look unsafe, and the block hall could better cleaned and lit. The handle of the bedroom needs fixing.

Acogedor, confortable, con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta. Cocina con pequeños electrodomésticos, paños de cocina, menaje, azúcar, sal, y productos de limpieza. Baño pequeño pero bien preparado, con papel higiénico y buenas toallas. Dormitorio espacioso con cama muy cómoda. Se puede aparcar gratuitamente en la calle en las cercanías del apartamento.

Tiene muy poca luz ( es un primer piso que da a un jardín arbolado). La moqueta del dormitorio parece que necesita una limpieza.

Lovely modern place, very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent and generally quiet at night.

The kitchen had everything we needed except oven mitts, which I recommend they add to avoid burns/injury. Musty smell in the bathroom but ok once we closed the door. The bedroom door knob is broken and should be fixed. Again, not a deal breaker.

Communication from Ben and Ollie before my stay was fantastic. I had a few travel issues and they did everything they could to make things easier. The apartment is in a fantastic location; next to Holyrood Park and a 10 minute walk to the start of the Royal Mile. The apartment is quiet with little noise from upstairs neighbours.

The stairway to the apartment is dark and dirty. This wasn’t too much of an issue for us but may put some people off.
