very spacious well equipped and clean. Richard was very helpful and friendly. he helped us with our early arrival and a late departure as no one was coming into the property on our last day. A lovely welcome to Edinburgh!

This place was ideal in terms of location, comfort and value. The photos don't do it justice as it is a huge space and the rooms are very roomy. The kitchen is well serviced and the bathrooms and showers were excellent. Cozy beds - which felt like a home away from home and in a very good location - just 10 minutes from Grassmarket and 2 minutes from many restaurants and bars! The host Richard warmly welcomed us and was so flexible with our time. Thank you so much for hosting us!!! We will be back : )
