Good location. Comfortable beds.

We arrived to apartment door being wide open and the apartment had not been cleaned. We were then unable to get hold of anybody to help us. Eventually, after going out to buy washing powder to clean the sheets ourselves, somebody contacted us and moved us to another apartment for the night. It was over an hour between arriving and being relocated. We then had to move back to the original apartment the next day so couldn’t relax until getting access to the first apartment at 12.30. It was an awful start to our stay and honestly it’s concerning that there are not better systems in place to deal with things like this. We arrived in at 9.40 and were lucky to be in a group, if I had been travelling solo it would have been horrendous.
