The location is amazing. The kitchen is fairly recent renovated and well equipped. The beds comfortable. Clean towels and bedding provided. Heating very effective, we had to turn the thermostatic valves down.

Constructive notes: the flat is a bit tired, the furniture and fixings showing signs of wear. No toiletries but shops locally. The shower unit is fitted very high, not easy for shorter people. The internal doors are frosted glass so when dark light shines in from hallway and lounge. Also a glass panel over the front door with outside light shining in throughout the night.

The place is quiet and has a nearby mall, shops, and bus stop.

The bathroom is small and the water pressure in the handshower was very low.

Once settled most things were fine.

The Heating and the hot water were completely turned offed upon arrival. Though the apartment was freezing the bedding was way to hot making it almost unbearable to sleep in.

We found it was nice enough for a short stay. Not far from main attractions.

Toilet seat was broken. TV arial was hit & miss. The building the apartment was in needed quite a bit of attention.

The location was quiet and residential. There were several convenient bus stops nearby. The beds were comfortable enough. This was a last minute booking when we decided just a few weeks prior to attend fringe, I was worried about the negative reviews, but it was safe and warm.

The bathroom is probably the worst part of the place. The toilet is in a narrow space, even more narrow than an airplane bathroom, between the tub and the wall. The tub itself is only covered about 2/3rds of the way around by a shower curtain that only reaches about two inches past the edge of the tub, so you very carefully have to work not to get the bathroom wet. As other reviews said, the entire place could use some freshening up. No hair dryer as listed. The place cen get a bit warm and the windows don't open much. the entrance hall consistently had a puddle of water in it. Overpriced, but I think that had to do with the festival. The interior doors are all glass, so if you go to sleep before the person in the other room, you likely will get woken up by the hall/bedroom lights turning on (there is a sheet over the bathroom door for privacy).

Nothing to like, there is a smell in corridor, it’s not worth a stay, run down and should not be advertised for rental

Outdated, smells, fire hazard, old food in kitchen, shower is pathetic, smoke alarms missing , 1 key to enter the property, you are locked in need key to exit in an emergency this is not satisfactory for Uk fire regulations, if you are in a group all have to return to property at same time. I don’t have the time to list all the issues?
