Heart of Edinburgh's Historic Old Town - Blair Street - Sleeps 6

Everything was clean, comfortable, and the location was excellent. We were a family of 4, plus grandparents.

Location, spacious, clean

Perfect location for visiting Edinburgh by train. Within walking distance from the station, situated directly on the Royal Mile. All attractions can be explored on foot. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and has two private entrances. Heaters can quickly warm up the rooms to the desired temperature. The owner is always in touch and assists with everything. An additional plus is contactless check-in.

Excellent location in heart of Royal Mile area. A spacious, spotlessly clean well appointed apartment. Very comfortable. Reliable and responsive host.

The shower. It had an electric control mechanism and we couldn't get the water pressure up to a comfortable level for showering. The entrance - is grim. 15 steep stone steps leading down to a dead end high stone walled entrance. I know little can be done about this but a high pressure hose out, a plastic pot plant or wall ornament or anything to make this entrance feel less gruesome for arriving guests would help a lot. Again this is a personal thing but for the money being paid it makes a difference to have a few tea bags and coffee, some sugar and a long life milk to tide guests over on the first day. The apartment is close to an area where you can get some overnight noise from passers by- a white noise app worked well.

Guy was a fantastic host and the property was perfect, we didn't want to leave! A perfect location to explore all that Edinburgh has to offer.

The location is the best aspect of the property. We were able to walk to every destination we wanted to see (eg. Waverley bridge, Victoria Street, Cockburn street, Princess street).
