La ubicacion es inmejorable, en plena ciudad vieja, al lado de todo. La cocina muy bien equipada con todo lo que necesitas para el dia a dia, incluido sal, aceite,... El contacto con el dueño muy agil.

Un emplacement parfait pour visiter le centre historique d’Edimbourg, et une décoration assez soignée, dans le style Harry Potter. Un appartement bien équipé globalement.

Le rapport qualité/prix n’était pas au rendez vous selon moi, immeuble très bruyant, canapé très inconfortable pour dormir toute une semaine dessus, un seul jeu de clé disponible (gros inconvénient lorsque on est plusieurs). Aussi une salle de bain très humide avec des traces de moisissures, très dommage au vu du prix que nous avons payés … De plus, le manque de rangements a été très difficile a gérer entre 3 personnes pour une semaine.

Fold out sofa and was comfortable. Location was excellent. Staff was very attentive and responsive.

The bedroom was small and the way the bed was situated made it difficult for a second person to get in or out.

The directions to collect the key were clear and the location was excellent.

The location is great, but the room is way to small for two people, and the bed and the sofa were quite unconfortable. The living room and kitchen are nice, fully equiped and big enough for three people. However, i do not understand how it is possible to fit 4 people in this appartement. The sofa was already too small for one person. We were two in the bed and slept poorly for the six nights we were there. Other details like the shower (broken, a cable is used so that the head is standing, and the appartement was not very clean especially behind the sofa and around the bed) made our stay a bit disapointing. Also, we could ear absolutely everything that was going on outside and in the corridor ( very poor isolation, and there is a restaurant/bar right below) so we were woken up very often. But still, this is probably the best location we could have hoped, being so close to Victoria Street and the Royal Mile. It made ours stay a bit better. I would recommand this appartement if you are in Edimbourg just for one or two nights, but not for longer.
