Lux 2 Bedroom Ground Floor Apartment

We had a great stay at this extremely comfortable apartment, which was perfect for two colleagues travelling together. The flat was very spacious and well-equipped and had comfortable beds, with tea and coffee provided. We can't recommend it enough.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious. It was also extremely well equipped for cooking. The area is is very quiet and peaceful .a lovely retreat after the hustle and bustle of the city. Going into the centre of the city was easy as when exiting the development turning diagonally left there is a bus stop and both No 3 and No 29 buses go to both the Royal Mile and Princes Street. On returning from the city centre getting pff the bus at Claverhouse Drive stop (displayed on the bus) ,turning left and then sharp right takes you back to the the development where the apartment is. The bus costs only £2.00 each way.

The kitchen

Quiet, until 8am. Clean. Loved the interior design. Ground floor. Streaming channels on TV. Everything utility wise you could need for a longer stay. Safe area. Squirrel in garden!

Toilet seat is broken. Other reviews mentioned this and still not fixed. Also, a small amount of milk would've been appreciated, some uht to leave with the tea/coffee perhaps. Only small complaints.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation! The comfort and spaciousness exceeded our expectations. Every essential amenity was provided, making it feel like a home away from home. Whether you have a car or not, the location is great, ensuring convenience for all types of travelers. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic and comfortable stay.

bathroom toilet needs some maintenance and the washer/dryer is not very useful linens need replacement

Beautiful apartment in a good quiet location

We could not get the electric wheelchair up the 2 steps at the main door. Had to transfer Dad into a manual chair in the street and bump it in and out.
