This comfortable flat is a 2 minute walk to Morningside Road. There are lots of buses into the city centre. Morningside is a lovely area to stay in. The flat is in a typical Edinburgh tenement and has lovely views to Blackford and the Observatory. We visit Edinburgh regularly and would definitely choose to stay here again.

There was nothing we didn't like ...even though the children upstairs are very noisy.

Location is great, nicely decorated, comfortable, and fairly clean.

Maybe a few too may personal items left out, there are children in the flat above which were very loud and you can hear them running about it the evening.

The location was excellent, easy to walk to Morningside Road where there were plenty of small shops and restaurants. Easy to get Uber or bus into Edinburgh or a lovely 45 minute walk passing by The Meadows .

TV tech not so good, didn't bother us as we were out and about but others may rate this more highly
