City Centre Haven Apartments

It was in a good location to walk into the city centre.

I assumed the bedroom was a separate room to the living room but this wasn’t the case. It was only separated by shelves and a curtain.

Close to Tesco to shop, overall a good space to stay for a few days.

Very small space. Photos are deceiving of space. Bedroom is very small for two people.

The apartment was not really clean. There was hair on the floor and bed linen smelled smoking.

A well equipped unit close to Tesco and about 30 minutes walk from the Castle. Fantastic communication from owners with all the information needed to have a great stay. Bed was extremely comfortable.

The bedroom wasn't in a separate room.

It was very nice and clean apaprtment. It has all the things that it describes. Not far from city center and free parking is very useful.

While booking on Booking.com it stated that checkout time is upto 1:00 PM but after reaching the apartment found its 11:45 AM and the day before checkout recieved massage from host that checkout time is 11:30 and I may be charged for extra time. Another thing in the policy mentioned for the booking.com for the property no where it mentioned any damage deposit but found out 100 pound would be charged and then it would be returned after 5 days. This should be clearly mentioned during booking. I personally don't book where damage deposit is kept as there is high chance of abusing it. But as this was not mentioned in policy while booking and the cancellation was non refundable I felt really upset. Another massage I recieved about any exrtra cleaning would be charged now how do you define extra cleaning this should also be mentioned in the booking policy. Overall there is lot of places one can get abused by the host and I didn't like the fact that this shold all be known by someone beforehand booking not while they stay there. BTW I kept the video before leving showing that I havn't broke anything and cleaned the apartment as it should for my protection.
