The property was well located, and did the job for the weekend we were in Edinburgh for. The beds were comfortable and it was easy to get in and out of town from the flat. Lots of nice little cafes nearby and easy to get to to a big Tesco for amenities. The shower was nice and powerful.

The flat was absolutely freezing when we got there and it took a good few hours to warm up. Once it got to a warm temperature it did stay there but wasn't ideal at first when you'd just come in form the freezing cold! We found some hair clips that didn't belong to us when we moved the sofa bed out on the first night. It would have been nice to possibly have some basic amenities like teabags/coffee so all you had to do was buy a little milk for the mornings.

"Nice clean small apartment walking distance from city centre"

Clean with great facilities. Nice information folder with nice-and-need-to-know. Quiet neighbourhood and a 20-30 minute walk to centre.

We got the impression there would be a door and wall between the living room and bedroom. There isn’t, it’s a bookcase with no back and a curtain. One of us found the futon very bad to sleep on, and the other got woken by the water heater going at night.
