Excellent apartment . Set on the royal mile and close to all attractions, pubs & cafes . There is also a bus stop a short walk up the hill for the hop on hop off bus & a tea rooms below the apartment which does breakfast & cakes

Location was great , it had everything you needed , small but very comfortable , and very clean x

The location is superb and once inside it was simply perfect.

Comfortable luxury accommodation beside the Scottish parliament. Uphill to the city centre and station but good service on 35 bus. Tea room downstairs sold take away breakfast rolls. Supermarket close by.

Some confusion over lock box code when we arrived as instructions had not arrived on booking.com but rectified by phone call.

Extremely hard to find - numbers of buildings are erratic and illogical. All that was needed is to add to directions - entrance is beside Clarinda’s Café. Luckily we got hold of Karin on the phone who directed us. Coffee machine didn’t work. It was quite cold for Summer, and we couldn’t turn up the heating.

Location was great. Helpful and responsive communication. Nicely furnished. Had a combined washer / dryer which was very helpful. Provided a few snacks and coffee as well as shower gel shampoo towels etc. Very clean.

Noisy sometimes , but as on Main Street to be expected. The stairwell and foyer were very dark and looked dirty, not in keeping with the actual apartment. Which was very nice. Would have been good to have a small milk left to go with the coffee.
