"Superb"

The entry was dark 😕 and a bit scary but once we were inside it was a charming flat with plenty of space and everything we needed. 😊

"Location, clean and spacious plus free parking nearby"

Location, clean and spacious, but the best part is right outside the apartment is on street parking which is free on weekend and there’s free parking around the corner too. Bus stop across the road. Parking in Edinburgh is at least a minimum of £5/hour and sometimes minimum stay is up to 4hours only. The owner is very helpful and accommodating to any queries.

"very nice - old fashioned (like in a time travel, part of joy!) but also very clean & comfortable"

I am not too demanding and this apartment really completely fulfilled all our needs. The owner impressed me with the manuals for everything, short videos about "how-to-do-this-or-that" and i really appreciate his professional but still friendly approach. I recommend this apartment to all: families, friends, partners, and i might be back, if again in Edinburgh.

all fine. a bit longer walk distance to city center but still manageable (there are also some busses)

"Complete apartment, but the welcoming vibe is not there."

Good kitchen utensils

The vibe from the front door is a bit not welcoming; door is run down and not maintained (lots of dried leaves everywhere) and the alley and staircases to the unit is kind of scary; dark ambience. My wife was scared to go in initially. However the unit is good, exceed my expectation. The 'luxury' word is kind of misleading unless the welcoming vibe/environment is improved.

"A big disappointment."

The flat was fairly clean, we could open the windows & it was within walking distance of the party.

It said that there was parking - there wasn't. It was all permit parking outside the flat. We tried to use the shower & the water did not drain away. The loo seat was broken & the bathroom sink was too small to be of use.

"Comfortable spot in a good location"

Location was perfect for an event at meadowbank sports centre. Plenty of buses into the city centre, and nearby shopping centre.
