Violet Bank Apartment West End.

Great place when getting from the airport. A few minutes walk from the tram line from the airport. The host was waiting for me with the keys even a bit earlier then expected which was great. The place is all you need for a few days in Edinbourgh. Nice kitchen to make breakfast and heat some things. Coffee machine (tabs) as well as a press coffee thingy. Very quiet - the entrance is from the street level but only a few cars come by and even if there is something the bedroom is from the courtyard side so you do not hear anything. We had some coffee to start they day so that was a good thing. Some other things in the fridge which was nice.

Could not open the windows to get some air maybe I was not wise enough. Getting the water temperature in the shower took some tweaking but once set I did not touch it :) It is a 15-20 min walk to the castle and 30m to Holyrood Palace but I new that so not a huge issue.

Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εικεί γην ώρα που φτάσαμε. Οπότε όλα έγιναν γρήγορα και εύκολα. Επίσης μας βοήθησε με τις οδηγίες για την πόλη. Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική. Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης αλλά και ήσυχα παράλληλα. Γενικά όλα ήταν οργανωμένα και το διαμέρισμα πλήρες. Σίγουρα μια πολύ καλή επιλογή για διαμονή στο Εδιμβούργο!
