"The best value for money and overall great if not best stay in Edinburgh city centre."

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and spacious, especially for Edinbugrh city centre. The kitchen and bathroom are freshly renovated and the apartment is very modern. Cooking and doing breakfast in the kitchen was no problem at all as there were various appliances provided. The value for money is so good we actually thought it was a scam at the first moment. But we're happy to report that's not the case and the apartment is actually very lovely and has a great location. The Royal Mile is just around the corner and all major attractions are within walking distance. As it is situated in a residential court it was very quiet with a small park out the front door. Parking at the Travelodge around the corner was convenient and good value as well. We would always be happy to stay here again. Edinburgh is a great city and such a great place to stay just enhances the experience even more.

What a wonderful flat! Perfect location in a lovely block. A great amount of care and attention has been given to the decor and furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped and the dish washer was a real bonus... we used it to clean multiply days of breakfast. The owner was extremely helpful and the flat was inexpensive considering it was Festival time. The duvets, beds and pillows were wonderful!

The towels could have been bigger! A plug was missing from the kitchen sink. There aren't many sockets so another extension lead would be useful. But these did not spoil our stay!

The beds were comfortable, it was very spacious, great location and the host was very kind and understanding. The courtyard and the property are beautiful and had a calming feel to it.

Based just off the Royal mile - right in the centre of everything - we parked in the new car park below the St George’s Shopping Centre - which was 10 minutes over the bridge - location was perfect for everything the city has to offer & was comfortable & stylish, we loved it! Highly recommended - Thank you
