"Beautiful apartment in brilliant location."

Flat is clean, plenty of room and the beds are very comfortable. Location is excellent, just off the Royal Mile, so very handy for pubs and restaurants yet not bothered by noise at night.

Didn't bother us at all, but flat is up 3 flights of stairs on a spiral staircase so might not suit folk with mobility issues.

It's very modern and has a lot of facilities to use

One of the bedrooms was too cold even when the heater was on. The staff arrived earlier than expected (10:20am exp 10:30) so we had to rush to leave the flat. I think the checkout time should be later.
