The apartments are fantastic, clean and very comfortable. The rooms are especially spacious and the host was very informative throughout our stay. The property is in an ideal location for everything.

The apartment was in an excellent location, walkable from the train station and near the Royal Mile. It is tucked away in a quiet courtyard away from the busy areas: The decor was beautiful and it was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the separation of the bedrooms and living areas. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn’t end up cooking. It was so nice to relax in the living room and we had plenty of room for five adults to spread out! I would definitely love to stay here next time I am in Edinburgh!

We really loved everything, however I would mention is that we could not get the tv to work. The Wi-Fi was working though. The other negative for us was the stairs to the third floor were steep and somewhat difficult. I do understand that many older buildings in Edinburgh are similar. We were fine but I do think that older people or people with disabilities might struggle.

This apartment is spacious and a prime location just behind the Royal Mile. The rooms were immaculate and the apartment was well equipped with everything you need. The beds were very comfy and the owner kept in contact and informed you every step of the way.

The towels were a little small so I would take ny own bath towel next time.

Location was excellent

The carpets are in desperate need of a professional clean.
