The Royal Mile Residence by Reserve Apartments

The main reason for staying at this property was the location

The Property is marketed for 4 people, 1 bedroom + Sofa Bed. It is 1 bedroom, plus a "hard lounge and a rolloway bed - and there was no linen thatt fitted suitable for the "hard lounge" I know it is an old building, but there was no mention of the tortuous steps that were available for the apartment - they weree very difficult to climb, almost impossible with luggage.

Waanzinnige locatie! Proper appartement en heerlijke bedden.

Het 4e bed was de bank, maar die komt niet opgedekt, zonder kussens en zonder lakens.

Location on the Royal Mile and Waverley Train Station

I knew about the stairs when booking but didn’t realize how steep and how exhausted we would be every time we came and went, 4 flights of stairs.

The location was great, nice and central to everything.

There was no bathroom just a shower in a cupboard. WiFi and TV reception was poor. There was construction work which we were not notified about.

The location and the good size of the apartment.

The big step down from the shower and the unexpected bond we had to pay at the last minute
